Amsterdam containers
Amsterdam containers will take loads of up to 275 lbs (at 5°C (40°F), for 3 - 6 days) and fit on pallets measuring 40 x 48 inch, 31.5 x 48 inch and 23.6 x 31.5 inch and on (Danish) trolleys. Amsterdam containers are available in two heights to suit flowers with different stem lengths. They can be used in combination with the Valencia top frame to add 10 inches to the height of the container.

The collars are so strong that Amsterdam containers full of flowers can be stacked up to a height of 94.5 inch, even when in chilled transport for a long time.

The rims and sides of Amsterdam containers can be printed in a single color. The collars and lids can also be personalized.
Amsterdam containers are available as standard in white or green but if you wish a different color, or have any other special requirements, talk to us. We have considerable experience with customizing Procona containers and other system components.

Introduction
Amsterdam containers are the same size as Valencia containers (dimensions 11.8x15.7 inch) but are designed for heavy duty on the farm. They are even more robust and impact resistant and, therefore, ideally suitable for internal transport at the nursery or for intensive use in a pooling system.
