The various machines in the packing line can be connected up with conveyor belts controlled by the pedal on the cardboard-inserter machines – or even by self-regulating electric eyes. With a non-complex line the machines are linked by gravity rollers. Using conveyors or gravity rollers may not avoid lifting – but it can boost work efficiency. Practical experience proves that a packaging line realises substantial labour savings.
