 Gerona underbox
There are three options for the base of the Gerona gerbera packaging unit.
Dutch auction bucket
In countries where the Dutch auction bucket (fc996) is available, it can be used as a base for the gerbera packaging. The fact that the container is rented makes it a very cheap solution.
Corrugated cardboard box
Alongside the auction container there is also a corrugated cardboard box. This box is made using the best paper available, so moisture hardly affects the strength of the box. The box is made of coated B-flute so moisture-damage is virtually ruled out. The box is suitable for single use and comes in two heights: 32 cm and 43 cm. Choice of height depends on the number of layers to be transported on a pallet.
Plastic box
This is an alternative to the corrugated cardboard box. It is made of corrugated plastic making it completely waterproof and suitable for multiple use. The plastic box comes in one height: 43 cm.
