Boxes for Porto 20

There are several solutions for packaging the Porto 20 with the bunches of flowers or bouquets, for transportation.

Fixing cardboard for Porto 20

The special tool enables you to secure a flower-filled Porto 20 in an existing box. This item, with the Porto 20 in it, can be stapled to the side of the box, or glued to it with hotmelt - and the Porto and the flowers are firmly fixed in place. This way the Porto 20 can be used (fast!) in existing boxes.

Box with insert for Porto 20 (dimensions 20 x 20 x 70 cm)

This box with insert for Porto 20 (20 x 20 x 70 cm) has been specially developed for small bouquets with a 60 cm stem length or for mono-bunches up to 60 cm. This is combination of a corrugated cardboard box with a hand grip and an insert. The Porto 20 is secured in the insert. The insert – together with the Porto 20 and the flowers – is slid in the box in a single movement. As the upper edge of the insert is positioned against the fastening of the box, and the Porto 20 actually rests on the bottom, the flowers are unable to shift around in the box.

This box with flowers can be transported in any position. There is no need to stand the box upright because – whatever the position - Porto makes sure the flowers get water. The insert ensures that there is no damage to the flowers.

On arrival the client opens the box and takes out the flowers by lifting the insert out of the box by the handle.

The box with insert designed for Porto 20 carrying narrow bouquets and mono-bunches up to 60 cm can be printed with your own text, on request.

Box with insert for Porto 20 (measurements 25 x 30 x 55 cm)

The box with insert for Porto 20 (25 x 30 x 55 cm) has been specially developed for bouquets with 45 cm stem length. This is a combination of a  corrugated cardboard box with hand grips and an insert. The Porto 20 is fixed in the insert. The insert – together with the Porto 20 and the flowers – is slid into the box in a single movement. As the upper side of the insert is positioned against the fastening of the box, and the actual Porto 20 is on the bottom, there is no way the flowers can shift around in the box.

The box with flowers can be transported in any position. The box does not need to be held upright as Porto ensures a supply of water to the flowers – no matter what the position. The insert ensures that the flowers are not damaged.

On arrival the client opens the box and takes out the flowers by lifting out the insert by the hand grip.

On request the box with the Porto 20 for bouquets up to 45 cm can be printed with your own text.

When using the insert in the box for the Porto 20 (25 x 30 x 55 cm), the upper 20 cm of the insert is folded downward. The insert used for this box is also suitable for the box with insert for Porto 20 (25 x 30 x 75 cm).

This is a combination of a corrugated cardboard box with hand grips and an insert. The Porto 20 is fixed in the insert. The insert, together with the Porto 20 and the flowers is slid into the box in a single movement. As the upper side of the insert is held against the fastening of the box, and the actual Porto 20 is on the bottom, there is no way that the flowers in the box can shift around.
