We know from experience that flowers with stem length of 16"-22" transport well in a 9.8" high container, and lowers with stem length between 22"-30" do very well in a 13.8" high container. If flowers are longer than 28"-30" or have weaker stems they will require more support.

To improve the presentation of long flowers and flowers with weak stems, Pagter Innovations has specially developed the Florida topframe. The Florida topframe can be used in combination with the Florida containers in heights of 7.1", 9.8" or 13.8".

The topframe projects 5.9" above the container. This increases the height of the container and improves presentation of the flowers.

Fixing the Florida topframe on Florida containers

The Florida topframe is placed on top of the Florida container. The two lips on the side of the topframe click under the container handle; now the topframe is fixed firmly on the container.

"Fixed" and "flexible" Florida topframe

The Florida topframe comes in fixed and flexible corner versions.

The fixed Florida topframe is more robust and suitable for multiple use. It is ideal for use on auction trolleys.

The advantage of the flexible topframe is that the corners are flexible (they fold-in). This means that the flexible topframe fits inside of Procona packaging collars and lids.

The Florida collar and lid cannot be used with the fixed version of the Florida topframe. Presentation of the flowers in Florida containers with flexible and fixed topframes is identical.

Working with Florida "flexible" topframe
